The location is exceptional and the place is calm, great for a break. The customer experience was lacking; some sheets were yellow or even stained, a bathrobe had a yellow halo at the armpits, and towels had rust stains. The pool was dangerous because the steps are very high to enter and it’s very slippery due to dust on the tiles that aren’t cleaned daily. The breakfast was good but missing fresh fruit and orange juice.

Location, quality of food, the hotel itself is a piece of art, direct beach access (our room was a pilotis on the beach) the staff were friendly and nice to us. I know they clean all the time but they shall consider a heavy insect treatment (I think it’s general in dakhla)

The place felt magical and the setting was unbeatable. Our 50 m² suite with a large sea‑facing balcony was gorgeous, and the sea‑view restaurant served high‑quality food. Most of all, Jeanne and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel completely comfortable, so we’ll be back as soon as we can. The only drawback was not being allowed to stay longer.

The hotel is in a prime location and the staff were very friendly, though they spoke almost no English. They weren’t Moroccan but from another part of Africa, so I hope they’re well paid. I can’t list many positives. Oh, the massages were great but also more expensive than in Europe. The hotel is in a prime location but the small, hard camping bed, old furniture, and plain concrete look of the bedroom and bathroom are disappointing. The bathroom has a glass wall that offers a beautiful sea view when you’re showering, but from the other side you can also see you. The staff used this route to get to the other side of the hotel faster. Anyway, the hotel is completely over‑valued. Hygiene is mediocre, the pillows have stains and have been used for a long time, and our bedding wasn’t changed during the five nights we stayed. Breakfast was mediocre, and the female manager skillfully sold excursions at very high prices. For the money, it’s a real disappointment. I felt a bit cheated. I was charged something on the final bill that I didn’t expect (I’m not sure what it was) and my mood changed immediately when I asked about it. I paid and will never return.
