The location downtown Lake Geneva is perfect, and the staff are very accommodating and personable. The pool and jacuzzi were not in service, the vending machine was out of order, and the eggs were typical powdered but tasty.

The TV quality was awful, though it didn’t bother us; it would be an issue for families with children.

The hotel sits right in the heart of town, just a short stroll from the city centre, and offers free parking for the entire stay. The room was spacious, supremely comfortable, stocked with everything you could need, and came with wonderfully fluffy towels. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wide selection of options.

The location is great, but the queen‑size mattress in the room isn’t a standard queen; knowing that beforehand would have made me book a king instead.
