The site lives up to its photos with breathtaking mountain views, lush gardens, and fantastic pools; the houses are immaculate, well‑maintained, and the décor feels cozy and fitting for a tranquil stay. Andrea went out of his way to help with my late‑night arrival, giving clear instructions and ensuring a safe check‑in, which I truly appreciated. The property remains spotless and highly organized, and the shared kitchens are well stocked with drinks on an honor system. However, the hospitality feels quite rigid and formal; Carolina manages the place more like a financial audit than a welcoming hotel, which may or may not suit you. Standard stays don’t include any food or breakfast—only if you rent an entire house can you arrange breakfast, but it wasn’t offered when I asked, so bring your own groceries. Guests are expected to use only the pool assigned to their room, even though there are several beautiful pools. The finca is tucked away, making a rental car essential for getting around and buying food.

The team is really relaxed and the vibe feels homely, but each room could use a few more towels.

The room was nice, a bit private, and the nearby pool was lovely; the shared kitchen was enjoyable. It’s very quiet and right in the middle of the island, though you’ll need a car.
