The hotel sits close to the beach, but rats ran outside the front, the bathroom was boiling hot, and the AC barely worked.

The location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, yet mold was everywhere, I couldn't change rooms and it hit my lungs instantly; the laminate floor is uneven and could cut your bare feet.
