Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
What I liked most was the hotel’s tranquility, the treatment and attention from all staff, and the quality of breakfast. The location is excellent, very close to Porto’s center, and they also offer transfer service at certain times. I have nothing negative to say.

Good value, nice outdoor pool, breakfast, quiet. Staff [bar 1 latest receptionist] were disengaged/surly. No communal area or lounge indoors to hang out with fellow travellers. Rooms are compact - bedroom area fittings ill equipped and need updating

The décor and cleanliness were solid, and the parking was free. However, the receptionist was unfriendly and showed no concern for guests. The breakfast was mediocre, except for the fruit when it was available. There is no spa, only a small indoor pool that was crowded, and no sauna or jacuzzi; the only paid option is a pricey massage.

The reception was friendly, even though it was late, and the breakfast and staff were pleasant. However, a washcloth that probably wasn’t changed was left open above the counter, and the toilet paper was also not replaced between stays.

The outdoor pool was a highlight. I booked a room with a double bed, and the hotel confirmed it via email. When I arrived, the bed was actually two twin beds together. I asked the receptionist to give me the room with the best view, but it had almost no windows, and my request to change rooms was denied. The room cleaning also fell short.
