I stayed in one of the smallest rooms; it matched the description exactly—no surprises. It had no windows and felt a bit cramped, but everything was as advertised. If you want more space, a window, a mini‑fridge, or other extras, you pay extra. The room came with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a toothbrush, plus a hair dryer, air conditioning, and power outlets near the bed. Breakfast cost $6, was served from 7 am, tasty, and varied. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the metro and 15 minutes’ walk from Amir Temur Square. There’s a luggage storage. The staff were very friendly, though not everyone spoke English. Reception was always open, which was handy for late arrivals. Below the hotel there are restaurants for all budgets (some open 24 h), a supermarket, and a tobacconist. The only issue was a slight lack of cleanliness: the room was clean, but I found a towel with lipstick on it and two hairs in the toilet.
