The location is great: a forty‑minute walk into Old Town, a balcony to watch cruise ships, parking, and sunbeds on the shore for your use. It’s quiet and offers a beautiful view. It would have been useful to have an oven or microwave.

The view was fantastic—wide sight of Kotor Bay. The host was pleasant and friendly. We found the apartment too small and it had some maintenance issues; an upgrade is needed.

Das Appartement lag direkt am Wasser, nur von einer wenig befahrenen, schmalen Straße getrennt. Es hatte einen eigenen kleinen, betonierten Badeplatz. Ein Vorteil war auch der eigene Parkplatz für unser Auto, denn Parkplätze sind rar im Raum Kotor. Die Besitzerin war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Über die Uferpromenade konnten wir in ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß die Altstadt Kotor erreichen. Man könnte natürlich auch mit dem eigenen Auto oder mit dem Taxi fahren, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel verkehren selten. 1) Die Dusche in diesem Zimmer war unprofessionell ohne Gefälle gefliest, deshalb konnte beim Duschen das Wasser nicht gut abfließen, sondern staute sich in den Toilettenbereich hinein. 2) Die bei angegebene Adresse ist ungenau, deshalb war es mühsam, das Haus zu finden. Ich empfehle dringend diese einfache Verbesserung

The place was spotless and everything was right at my feet. Sasha was incredibly helpful and attentive, always there when I needed something. The view was indescribable, and we had a lovely five‑day stay. Parking was right in front of the entrance, so that was a big plus.
