The Deluxe Family Room offers a choice of two bed configurations: either two single beds plus a large double bed, or a large double bed, a sofa bed and an additional double bed, accommodating up to four guests. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping services - my room wasn't cleaned daily, and the bathroom cleaning was subpar. Additionally, I had to wait for a long time to get my towels changed, and there was no internal phone to contact the reception, which was quite inconvenient.
I had a frustrating experience trying to find the hotel, driving around in a taxi for nearly 30 minutes after following the GPS directions, only to find a completely deserted area. Unfortunately, my stay was also marred by communication issues with the hotel staff, who seemed to be unresponsive to my queries. I ended up requesting a full refund for my two-night booking due to the hotel's unclear contact information and my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
