“Excelente, relajante, hotel nuevo construido en 2025”

Everything was excellent—new, good atmosphere. It’s a place to relax (not a huge hotel), well planned and everything works. We rented a car from Hertz for 25 USD per day, I recommend doing the same because Uber is limited in Cancun and taxis are expensive. We visited during a very low season when the hotel was at 20 % capacity, which was positive in that there were no lines and everything was relaxed. However, the hotel was operating at “reduced capacity,” for example one of the restaurants only opened on the last day and we noticed that the buffet was still better. I would return on the same date next year, it’s cheaper and quieter, and I really liked this vibe.

Everything was absolutely perfect, they make your stay flawless. One night we had a discrepancy with the staff at the steak house, which created an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation by the waiter.

All the amenities were great. However, they should provide information about the dress code for each restaurant and the opening hours. Also, the last reservation slot at a restaurant is cut off at half past the hour, and they start pushing you away because they need to leave.
