I liked that it wasn’t too far from most places and the beach was close by. The room I got wasn’t as clean as it should have been; I had a king room and there was hair on the cover and sheets, plus hair in the tub and sink. The tub had a nice size rust spot around the water spout area.

The moment I stepped into the lobby I could smell a strong musty odor, and the room itself had a heavy mold scent. There was hair on the bedsheets, and both the bathroom sink and bathtub had stains.

Everything about Holiday Inn Express is great, the staff were very nice. I didn’t like the parking lot; it was too small and congested.

It’s very close to downtown. Everything else was great, though the elevator was slow, which I didn’t complain about.
