Hotel JK resort is a scam; the location listed on the page was wrong. The hotel staff never answered even after repeated calls and messages. The website link led to a very dirty place, and we couldn’t find the hotel.

The hotel sits close to local commercial shopping, though the building’s exterior could use a facelift. The rooms are spacious but lack natural light because they’re interior rooms. Breakfast is solid and the restaurant staff greet you with a smile. Overall, it’s a pleasant place for a few days.

The food is simply awesome—especially the family biryani, which is quite heavy and enough for four people with leftovers. The location is very good, on the mail road just a few minutes from MG road. The staff were very good and cooperative. We had to wait more than an hour to get our rooms; the check‑in time was 12 noon, but we arrived early and the rooms were ready yet not handed over before the official time. The hotel should have been more flexible and given us the rooms earlier.

The staff were polite, clean, and looked nice.

The location is fine, but the food prices are steep. I spotted cockroaches in the washroom—don’t blame the cleaners, they’re doing their job, but management needs to address the cleanliness issue.
