The room was clean, but the sheets made me sweat. Breakfast was lacking. The fire alarm went off twice during the night due to a known malfunction that the hotel was aware of, and it woke us up. I think I deserve compensation for this inconvenience, as it was a known problem that wasn’t addressed promptly. On the bright side, the property itself was nice.

I didn’t like the area, but the exterior was pleasant. The two rooms had one TV that didn’t work for the whole floor, and the smell of urine was pervasive. It took over two hours to fix the TV. At 2 am, the bathroom had cockroaches climbing the wall. The second room’s smoke detector battery was dead, so the alarm chirped until 11:30 pm and then flashed lights at 2:30 am. This was completely unacceptable, especially since the hotel was supposed to be full and there were no rooms left to move into.

I was very impressed with the clean, accommodating, and well‑run hotel. They arranged a late check‑in, which was important for my travel plans.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was tucked away from the highway. I would have liked more hot breakfast options, and the upstairs hall had an unpleasant smell.
