“Perturbação durante toda a noite, por um cachorro preso no apartamento sozinho”

The building’s structure was solid, but the night was ruined by a dog barking in the room next door. Alex at the front desk did nothing and even lied that the dog wasn’t barking. So, good facilities, but the noise and lack of help were a real let‑down.

This place is top‑notch – super clean, staff super polite, and the whole operation runs like a well‑tuned machine. I didn’t have any complaints at all.

The pool was great, but they charged me for a lost bracelet. The staff said if they found it it would be returned at reception, but the fee still stuck.

The stay was excellent – spacious rooms, a stunning view, great location, and the resort area was clean as a whistle. But the bowling alley isn’t free; it costs 100 reais an hour and I only found out at checkout. On top of that, GAV consultants kept pushing me to buy apartments, which was super uncomfortable. And the food? I paid 220 reais for a dish that had two pieces of meat, two pieces of chicken, three mini sausages, and mostly vegetables with farofa – not worth it.

“Estadia boa com relação a conforto e localização. Mas pessima na logistica de check out e elevadores”

I didn’t take breakfast, but the location is solid. The elevator situation is a nightmare – mid‑floor elevators barely stop on the way up, and on the way down they’re always full, so I couldn’t get down from the 7th floor, only up. The checkout line was absurd, and I couldn’t even use the speaker at the pool or the cooler drinks in the hotel area. I won’t stay here again unless I’m on the top floor.
