Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Location, quick parking, quiet room, good breakfast. Unfortunately the bedding and bath linens were poorly presented, as if they hadn’t been changed, with stains of dirt; I arrived late and slept without questioning it. This is the criticism now. A blackout curtain is missing.

One of the best accommodations I’ve had. Well‑located. The apartment was large, very clean, and I heard no noise from neighboring rooms. The bed was comfortable, coffee tasty, shower had plenty of hot water, and the valet was helpful. The apartment was fully equipped, with a kitchen that had many appliances.

The location is good, near Parque Ibirapuera, a bakery, and a restaurant. We’ve stayed there before without issues; it was fine. This time the cleanliness was a bit disappointing: the bathroom inside the shower stall was dirty. The bed, table, and bath linens need to be replaced with new ones; they’re worn, yellowed, and stained. The pillows are heavily yellowed, heavily used, and have a bad odor. The electric kettle doesn’t work, and the mini air‑fryer was very dirty.

Parking, location, very comfortable flat, and the staff were very kind.

Location was spot on, right in the middle of everything. No complaints, just a solid stay.
