“Decepcionante, frustrou a expectativa da minha programação”

The breakfast was tasty, even though we had to wait a while for it. The front desk, however, was a nightmare – they told me the hotel was overbooked and that my reservation would be canceled, and I ended up sitting in my car while they scrambled to clean a room for me. After a lot of pushing, they finally handed me a key, but the whole experience left a sour taste.

Breakfast here was solid – a decent spread that hit the spot. Nothing else really stood out, but the morning meal was definitely a plus.

The place refused to give me a tax invoice despite repeated requests, and after a few days I just gave up. If you need an official receipt, look elsewhere.

“Lugar bom, mas pode melhorar muito”

The hotel looks nice, is well equipped, spacious and the food was good. Unfortunately, a cockroach showed up in the room, the shower leaked down the wall and I had to dry the floor, and the bathtub released a layer of grime when filled. On top of that, the staff were so loud at 6 a.m. that their voices sounded like they were right inside the room.

The first room was gorgeous – a stone wall and a comfy bed – and the breakfast was generous, even throwing in a complimentary brigadeiro. Still, we were shuffled around three times because the jacuzzi leaked dirt, the second and third rooms were dirty, smelled of smoke, and had broken multimedia, and the front desk was indifferent and gave us mixed messages about the kitchen. All that hassle made the stay frustrating, even though the bed and linens were pleasant.
