Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was good, but the rooms were cramped, the air‑con was loud, and the Wi‑Fi router was in the room. The bathroom was extremely small, the shower curtain was broken, and the work desk wasn’t suitable for working. Parking security was inadequate, the door was difficult to open, and the lock was broken.

We booked a double room with 2 X double beds, we received 1 X double bed. The reception blamed us for "booking online" No sorry, no discount for the inconvenience. They were actually quite rude about it

I ate a decent breakfast, but the towels were awful and the place was noisy; there was no key for the security gate at no.5, and the gate motor was broken so we had to open and close it by hand—something that should be a top priority for guest safety and property protection.

I appreciated the flexibility of the staff when I had an early start and they weren't available to serve breakfast - they didn't mind me packing a lunchbox. I was also able to book a room on short notice, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a smooth stay and I'd definitely consider coming back.

My room was spotless and had everything I needed, which was a great start to my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant staff - I asked for my eggs to be cooked a certain way and they didn't quite get it right.
