“Comfortable stay for visits to the East Neuk of Fife and St. Andrews.”

The room was very comfortable and warm, which helped since it was a bit chilly at night. There was a good selection on the menu for both breakfast and dinner, and the service was friendly and efficient. It was surprising that the internet only worked on one device – I tried turning one off and the other on, but it still didn’t work well. Also, I felt it wasn’t necessary to charge for car parking, as the car park was quiet and never crowded during my stay.

“Lovely full of character Inn”

The rooms were huge, newly refurbished, and spotless, and the inn had a charming, character‑filled vibe. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. It sits in a quiet spot, about a 15‑minute drive from St Andrews. The only downside was that overnight parking on site requires a pre‑booked spot and an extra fee (not too pricey, but still an extra cost), which was a bit of a surprise for an outdoors/courtyard non‑secured parking option.

We stayed just one night at this place. The room was pretty spacious, and for us Italians a good coffee machine with Lavazza capsules would be nice. The receptionist could smile a bit more and be kinder; she seemed rushed and not very helpful. The bathroom needs a review because the heating didn’t work and the toilet lid kept falling onto the back. The property is in an open countryside, far from anything, with plenty of space, but they still charge £5 for car parking. It’s obvious that people who arrive there need a car, but the fee feels unnecessary.
