The place was well maintained, and Alex and Lav were quick to respond and very helpful. The spot is super convenient, just a 10‑minute walk to Surrey Quays Station. The blinds worked but were partially broken; the hosts promised to replace them after checkout.

Communication was always fast, we arrived by car and could park right in front of the house—very handy in London! Everything was resolved quickly without any problems. Highly recommend!

The location was great, close to transport and supermarkets, with a pleasant vibe and healthy atmosphere. The landlord treated us superbly, responded instantly, and even offered recommendations; he really cared about us and we’re eager to stay again. We were there for 5 days and wish we could have stayed a week! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we still slept well in the end.
