What we liked most was Sindy's personalized service—she was hardworking, friendly, and attentive to every need; the stay itself, especially the room and mattress, was good, and the place offered a sense of independence. I didn't like that the lounge air conditioner needed replacing, some details were lacking, and the jacuzzi had weak jets and required maintenance.

The spa added value with the warmth it provided; the place has charm and a lot of history. A possible improvement would be to add fans to offer an alternative to air conditioning.

The place was nice, but the bathroom lacked space for accessories and the jacuzzi kept leaking after a while; they said they couldn't fix it while we were there, so we wasted a lot of water.

The room was genuinely Spanish and pretty good, but the accommodation itself was very original and not as described; the spa was just a Jacuzzi in a poorly renovated state right in the kitchen, and the ground floor was very dark with a bad smell.
