The location and facilities are great, but the breakfast lacked variety and the restaurant service was unavailable.

The location is spectacular, but that’s the only thing worth mentioning. The receptionist, who also handles everything else, was super friendly and deserves a 10. I didn’t like the company’s policy: the price is very high for nothing offered. From the rooms you could hear what was happening in the kitchen below. Breakfast isn’t included in the €100 stay; it costs an extra €12 with table service, three slices of cured meat, three slices of cheese, a slice of untoasted bread, and little else. You can’t eat or dine there, nor can you even buy a water bottle. It seemed overpriced for what they provide. When we arrived, the bathroom trash bin wasn’t emptied; it still had the previous guest’s trash.

The site is beautiful, the rooms and outdoor areas are lovely, and it’s a perfect spot to relax, go on mountain hikes, or simply unwind. The staff’s treatment is excellent; the lady helped us with everything we needed. Very good service. We’ll definitely return!
