Absolutely nothing! Everything was shabby and dusty—an experience we definitely don’t want to repeat! I can’t recommend it to anyone; stay far away. The room was so bad you couldn’t believe your eyes, and we never wanted to book this “hotel” again. We will never return. The breakfast was terrible; if you wanted a cup of coffee you had to order it at the reception, which cost extra (we had paid for a full breakfast where coffee is normally included). After these incidents we decided to cut the stay short and drive home, even though we had booked two nights. We will never come back. Also note that after complaining about the first room we were given, we were assigned another room that was just as dirty and had a smaller double bed. The view from the room was just the roofs of nearby houses. The bathroom was dirty and worn out. The TV on the wall was about to fall. The Wi‑Fi was bad and didn’t work despite countless attempts. The reception staff were unfriendly and seemed indifferent. A very bad experience! Be careful! Be careful!

The location is good, and parking was fine most days. The buffet was also acceptable for the price. At reception there was a Wi‑Fi connection, but not in the room. The staff took no initiative to address this issue. Room service was not provided (the room was not cleaned while we were away). The room had an extremely unpleasant odor, which could only be somewhat reduced by continuous ventilation.

The spot is spot on, just a tram ride away, and the manager was super friendly and helpful.

The quick response when our room wasn’t cleaned was a plus, and the immediate upgrade to a suite felt like a nice, generous gesture. The hotel, however, looks quite old and clearly needs renovation: wall‑tied carpets, outdated fittings, minor bathroom defects, and a somewhat musty vibe that doesn’t match the pretty photos on the booking site. The suite’s location on the main street meant the tram and traffic were loud with the window open.
