The staff were super friendly and everything was very clean. Nothing was missing at breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Maybe a pen and a small notepad could be placed in the room, but it’s not essential.

A well‑located, good‑quality hotel in the middle of Immenstaad. The rooms lack air‑conditioning, otherwise everything is very well appointed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was great; the birthday gestures were absolutely delightful (thanks again especially to Anja for her efforts!). The restaurant served excellent food, the breakfast was tasty, there were free parking spots, bike storage, and a central location.

Fresh sandwiches from the warm baker were delicious. Traffic congestion was an issue.

The location was ideal; walking for 10 minutes brought you to the lakeshore. There were many stairs on the first floor.
