I loved the location. The grounds were beautiful, everything from check‑in onward was easy. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to add.

The photos always look better than reality. The bed was comfortable, which was a bonus. The bathroom had a drawer that was missing its own drawer, very shoddy.

The staff were great and the food was great.

The restaurant was amazing, with great atmosphere and food. I liked that the hotel is completely fenced and the gate locks at night, which made me feel safer given Katherine’s high crime rate. The bathroom was dated, the shower was very old and the water pressure was barely there.
