The location was perfect for us, close to Lagos but away from the crowds. The pool and barbecue areas are great for the summer heat. The kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for, even a small dishwasher! The hosts also have an organic farm from which you can buy local produce which was delicious – highly recommend.

The accommodation was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, and conveniently located close to Lagos and the beaches (around 10–15 minutes by car), as well as the main roads. It is pet-friendly, although there is an additional daily pet fee that is not included in the booking price. The house is set within an agricultural farm, which makes it a quiet and pleasant place to stay. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The lighting inside the house was quite dim, and although there was a dishwasher, there was no washing machine. We also had to buy additional toilet paper once the initial rolls ran out and were expected to take the rubbish out ourselves
