Our room was a quad but came with a surprisingly meager supply of bottled water, just three bottles, which was a bit puzzling.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security man, the hotel and pool were clean and face the beach, it’s a bit out of the city center but expect to pay 4 euros on Grab, and it’s a shame the beach isn’t cleaned—beautiful beach but with litter.
The location was decent, but the toilet was awful—water wouldn’t drain, it seemed to be leaking, and there was a strong foul smell.
The security guard is very approchable and helpful. The place has a lot of areas you can take photos. The room was reserved for 3 nights. We arrived early morning the next day (included in the reservation). But when we arrived, the room is not yet prepared. The toiletries, towels are incomplete
After returning from our vacation we realized we’d left a few pieces of clothing behind and called the front desk to ask them to send the items to us, but it turned out to be a real hassle and we only managed to get the shipment after a lot of effort.
