The staff seemed friendly, but I didn’t interact much with them to confirm anything. Upon arrival I found evidence of diarrhea in the toilet that hadn’t been cleaned; they moved us to another room right away, but it was hard to relax after that. The new room was also rundown, with no sheets provided, hair in one of the pillows, and a depressing, unclean toilet. It looked like a place that might have been nice once but now just lacks love and commitment.

The pool was nice and they offered board games, but the shower took a while to heat up and then it was boiling hot. It was always a struggle to lock the door, Wi‑Fi worked only half the time, and it felt a bit overpriced for what you get; everything kind of half works.
