The place felt like a cozy cottage – quiet, peaceful, and still got that luxury touch. They always had snacks ready and the staff were super friendly. Food was great, coffee selection was solid, and the new wellness area was clean and inviting. Unlike big hotels with a ton of rules, there were none here. I felt right at home and will definitely come back.

Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all tasty, with plenty of variety and plenty of portions. The afternoon snack went beyond the half‑board we ordered, plus non‑alcoholic drinks were available all day. In the relaxation zone you could grab nuts, apples, or brew tea, and there was a soda machine too. The staff were kind, helpful, and gave great travel tips. The hotel is outside the city, so it’s peaceful, no crowds, and evenings on the terrace are lovely.

Super charming with a homey vibe and thoughtful little touches. Surrounded by mountains, a nice pool, and a spa area. The staff were friendly and very helpful – they arranged tours, booked taxis, whatever you needed. The buffet was delicious and included three meals. The rooms were high‑standard. Overall a fantastic stay in beautiful surroundings, and the mountain hikes were a highlight.

Beautiful hotel with a top‑notch wellness area – the panoramic sauna, outdoor pool, and spacious deck are all well designed. The staff are exceptionally friendly and fun. The only downside was that the rooms stayed warm at night.

We’re on our third visit and everything was perfect as always. The staff and owners are very kind and attentive, and the food is delicious. All in all, everything was fine.
