I booked two rooms for a two-day stay, and while the hotel's location was decent, unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We had to wait for around three hours for the rooms to be ready when we arrived. The first room we were given was in a terrible state: extremely dirty, smoky, and without a window, it looked more like a storage closet than a hotel room. After complaining, they replaced the room, but the second one was unbearably cold, making it uncomfortable to stay there.
