The staff were very helpful and friendly, literally just one WhatsApp message away, and they went to great lengths to accommodate requests. Unfortunately the pool was unusable on our last day.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at! ❤️ Caracoa is truly an incredible place! The hotel is spotless, everything is so clean, and the entire experience was beyond our expectations. But what makes this place truly special is the staff. Every single person is unbelievably kind, welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. We have never experienced such genuine warmth and hospitality anywhere before. We honestly became so attached to the girls working there that it was hard to say goodbye! A very special mention to the amazing Marilyn, who was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more special. ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so at home and for treating us with so much love and care. You are the heart of this place! We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend Caracoa to absolutely everyone. If you are looking for a place with incredible people, amazing hospitality, and the highest standards of cleanliness, this is the place to stay! 10/10 in every possible way. Perfection! I want to highly commend the hotel staff, especially Marilyn, Joan, and the rest of the team, for their incredibly kind and professional service. Everyone does their job with genuine dedication and always with a warm smile. They were constantly attentive to every question or request, always going above and beyond to provide the best possible service! The resort itself is stunning, beautifully lush, and filled with vibrant green tropical plants. The rooms are gorgeous, spotless, and the bed is super comfortable. On top of that, the housekeeping team does an amazing job keeping the room perfectly clean and frequently changing the linens. The room amenities were excellent: the air conditioning works perfectly, the bathroom is highly comfortable with great hot water, and having a private fridge in the room was a great convenience. The resort features a beautiful private beach and a fantastic, super clean swimming pool. The location is absolutely perfect—it is close to everything you need, yet remains incredibly quiet and peaceful. After spending 31 wonderful nights here, I can confidently say that if you are looking for a place that gives you that extra touch of excellence, this is it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team at Caracoa Hotel Resort for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

The property is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is very convenient. Although the best beaches required a short move, taking a tuk‑tuk was simple and inexpensive. The staff were very helpful and even accommodated a last‑minute room cancellation. I would recommend this place!

Finally a place that looks like the pictures! There is daily room service and the staff are amazing and always ask if you need help.
