The location is great, close to museums, parks, and plazas, and the breakfast and Momo restaurant are worth it; the place is clean and safe, so we'll be back.

The room felt cramped and lacked a separate bathroom, so I expected more value for the price, especially since I've stayed here for years.

Nothing positive. While checking in, a thief entered the reception and stole my carry‑on suitcase; there was no security, no bellhop to handle bags, the staff were rude, uncooperative, and didn’t even call the police, and the room was dirty.

Location is fantastic, very central to travel around Amsterdam. The place was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast had good with fair amount of choices. The pillows were too thick and did not manage to sleep properly. There was no room service for food
