The staff were very welcoming, which is why I raised my rating, but the room had dirt and the bedding was filthy with stains; I reported it to the manager and the employee immediately instructed the housekeepers to replace the sheets, after which the bed became comfortable and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the walls were splattered with stains, the bedding was initially grimy and only changed after I asked; the rooms are worn and need repair and thorough cleaning.
