The room was spacious, the bed was excellent, and the bathroom was new. The breakfast was generous. You have to cross a very narrow road to park. There was no welcome, just key hand‑off. Information about the surroundings was missing, but it was acceptable for one night.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was somewhat bland and presented. There were no plates to eat on, so we had to use the cup divider. At arrival we had to ring the bell for about 20 minutes before anyone came.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but we wished for a bit more welcome at breakfast—no one was there to answer questions, and the traffic on the road was too fast.

I stayed in room 18 in the main building, not the cottages; it was roomy, clean, and faced the cottages, with easy parking right across and smooth access. A fridge was available for drinks. However, no host was present for breakfast, the bread portions were too small (just one thin baguette and a slice of a Parisienne for six people), and we had to refill the coffee machine’s reservoir in the bathroom sink. Elderly guests struggled to use the microwave for warming milk, which would have stayed cold if we hadn’t been there. There’s a tissue box in the bathroom but it was empty. Room 18 is on Rue, and despite the night traffic being noisy, the street is still busy. The bath towels weren’t changed and the room wasn’t tidied for our two nights. Although the reservation mentioned Visa payment, the services had to be paid at checkout, giving the impression we were being asked to leave unpaid, unlike previous stays. The dining area is also very dark.
