Super disappointing experience - the room wasn't cleaned and didn't have a garden view like they claimed. Not exactly what I was looking for.

The staff were really helpful and cooperative, which was great. However, my room had a major issue - the AC was leaking water everywhere. Luckily, the front office sorted me out with a new room.
