Dear Customer Support, I want to file a serious complaint about my recent stay at Super Townhouse Hotel All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake, Kolkata. Guest Name: Nazer Babu Elaven Paramban Booking ID: 5124621300 Check-in: Friday, October 2, 2026 Check-out: Monday, October 5, 2026 The hotel was in very poor and unhygienic condition. The room was extremely dirty, there was a bad smell, and the bedsheets and pillow covers looked reused and not properly cleaned. I booked for three nights and paid in full upfront, but because of the unacceptable conditions I could only stay one night and had to leave and find another hotel in New Town, Kolkata, which was actually available at a better price. I am very disappointed that this type of hotel was recommended and provided. I ask you to investigate this property and take appropriate action so other customers don’t face the same experience. Since I couldn’t stay the remaining two nights due to the hotel’s poor hygiene and condition, I also request a refund for the unused nights. The receptionist Rupkatha madam was friendly and helpful, and the food was great. However, the other receptionist, Nikhilesh Paul, was very difficult to deal with. He seemed uninterested in assisting guests and the billing system he managed was awful. I was flying out on the morning of the 17th at 7 o’clock and asked him to prepare my bill on the 16th after 12.05 pm, seal it, and keep it at reception. He excused himself saying his home was too far from the hotel. I then asked Rupkatha madam, who prepared the bill and told Nikhilesh to finish the seal and hand it over to Room 202, but he still didn’t do it. I was disappointed by Nikhilesh Paul's lack of cooperation. Also, that day we had booked four rooms in POIISSE.
