I’ve never seen staff as friendly like they were, and the service and facilities are top‑class for the price. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone greeted me first and never lost a smile. The hotel’s location next to Department Store and close to Pangyo Station makes it perfect for exploring the area, and it’s only a 30‑minute walk from Everland, ideal for an early morning run. The only downside is that I couldn’t share photos because I didn’t take any.

The bathroom door’s upper section had a gap that let in a lot of water noise when someone used the bathroom; it was quite loud. There was no night‑time light. The window was barely openable, which made the room feel a bit stuffy.
