The location was close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was poor, lacking tidiness and variety.

The room was decent, with a fridge and microwave, and the bed was fairly comfortable. However, it was dirty: the floor had various trash (hair, dead flies, seeds), the drawer next to the bed held remnants from previous guests, the towel rack had hair, the towel was old and nearly torn—needs replacement, and the wall wallpaper was taped with tape.

The neighborhood and Brooklyn vibe were great, and it was near places like Brooklyn Industry District. The breakfast could have included more fruit.

“Doable when you need convenience at reasonable pricing.”

The location was convenient and easy to find, not on a busy street, and I was able to park on the street; the view from the 5th‑floor room of the skyscraper was lovely. The facilities and equipment, like the TV and sink, were very basic and small.
