“勧められて利用してみたが…”

フロントの対応. ①部屋のシャワールームのカーテンに血痕らしき2cmくらいの染みが付いていた。 ②トイレを使用する前から床に陰毛らしき毛が落ちていた。 ③バスタブ排水が使用中ずっと流れない。赤カビも処々に見られた。 ④朝食はサービスらしいが、開始時間が遅く利用できなかった。利用できない人の為に、前日の予約でオニギリとちょっとしたおかずの出来合いを持っていけるサービスなどしてほしいと感じた。 ⑤喫煙部屋にしたが、そうそう気にならないと思っていたが、持っていった服に臭いが染み込むほどであった。

“朝食バイキングは美味しかった”

1階に飲み物・アルコール・カップラーメンなどの自販機あり。 朝食バイキングが美味しかった。 セルフのコーヒー 無料サービスあり。. 最終の新幹線で着いたところ、駅隣接のコンビニは営業時間が9:30まで。駅・ホテルの周辺に他にコンビニなどが無いため、ちょっとした買い物ができなかった。(ホテルの責任ではないが、、、)

“Scary and disgusting”

Staff nice. Breakfast good. The first night was a nightmare. There was a super big brown stain on the bottom bit of the bed, very disgusting. The lady at the front desk was nice, she helped me change to another room. But there’s no more non-smoking room that night, I had to stay in a smoking room. The smoking room was extremely stinky! It hurt me badly mentally, and I have no idea how much it hurt me physically by the second-hand cigarette. Luckily I got non-smoking room for the following nights
