The location was spot on, right in the heart of the city and every place we wanted to visit was a stroll away. I told the staff it was my partner’s birthday and they put a banner in the room – that was a sweet touch. The team was friendly, gave us great suggestions and let us leave our bags after check‑out until we headed to the airport. The drinks voucher was a generous bonus! The street outside was a bit noisy at night, but that’s a small price for being so close to the centre. The room got a little warm even with the window open.

Everything from the pre‑arrival chats to the welcome at the front desk was spot on; they stashed our bags early and pinged us when the room was ready. The room itself was immaculate, the bed was comfy, and there were plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Even though we were above a bustling bar, the noise was almost non‑existent. It was perfect for a weekend in Dublin and within easy walking distance of bars, sights and shops.

The staff were great and the check‑in and check‑out process was smooth. We could drop off our luggage before the official check‑in time and again after we checked out. They left water bottles, tea and coffee in the room. Nothing to complain about.
