Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The bed is one of the firmest I’ve slept on, and the La Belle Epoque décor is spot on. The thermal spa linked to the hotel makes the stay feel seamless. The toilet smelled like urine and had visible fingerprints that had to be wiped clean.

The bed was terrible; the mattress should have been discarded in a **** hotel.

Construction was a real headache: we were first given a room with all curtains shut because the balcony was blocked by scaffolding, and the hotel had no air‑conditioning at all! The newly refurbished rooms were nicely furnished, but the lack of AC was a major downside.

The location is simply top for me, only 16 minutes to the client. Unfortunately, what I received this time was overpriced, and even the breakfast was cut back (for example, egg dishes were missing).

The baths are great, wow. We booked a room with a balcony, but it wasn’t provided and they blamed Booking for not being able to change it. The reception staff were extremely arrogant, almost disrespectful, which was very unpleasant.
