The facility was clean, cute, centrally located with easy access to all tours. Two women in the adjacent room were talking loudly; I think they were staff, not guests, and the cleaning lady was also loud. When we checked in, the room on the other side was empty, yet they gave us the back room instead. The reception girls were not friendly or warm.
The coffee room is affordable and clear, and the location is good. The room smells a bit damp, and some staff seem uninterested.

The hotel sits in a central spot with cute, cozy rooms, and the staff were very cordial and helpful. This was the best experience and worth staying at, a perfect pick for a central location. Everything's perfect.

The hotel’s location in Batumi is great, just a short walk from the beach; breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly. However, it’s not stroller‑friendly—traveling with a baby meant carrying the stroller up and down to the second floor every day.
