Location and property maintenance is good. 1. Breakfast menu is repititive. 2 .In-room dining facility is not proper. 3. Menu in in-room dining is different and tastes bland. 4.In-room service should improve substantially 5. crockery kept in room is not cleaned properly

The spot overlooks the racecourse and the city, the premises are well maintained, and the staff are courteous. Our stay was very good; nothing in particular that I disliked.

The room provided to us was disappointing and completely different form the pictures, it was small and dingy hence o asked for cancellation with for the next 2 days. After that we were given upgrade, but the starting point the first day stay was very disappointing since we had to go through all of the procedure of cancellation of our stay or finding new property
