The location, parking space, and breakfast were fine, but I would have preferred a walk‑in shower instead of a bathtub, and the bathroom in general needs refurbishing.

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the location is ideal for exploring Urbino without needing a car. I found everything perfect, no improvements needed.
