I booked two rooms for two days and paid an advance, but because of flight problems I had to cancel the second day’s room; even after telling them well in advance they didn’t refund my advance or deduct the cancellation charges, and the owner himself refused to refund after being told he should; the experience was terrible. There was no proper water, no breakfast or nearby food options, and I had to travel 5–6 km for food. They called me repeatedly for the advance, but after payment no quality service was provided.
