Location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness. Pool extremely small

The location sits right in the middle of Batroun, which made everything super convenient.

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all solid, and the staff were very helpful, yet there was no proper coffee shop or bar area in the lobby.
