Nice, clean room and very satisfied, but as a right‑leg above‑the‑knee amputee, it’s hard to shower in a tub without a stool or a wall‑mounted seat that can be lowered to sit on, so I can’t stand on one leg while showering—this is my only complaint.

Location and breakfast. The room smell was horrible, the shower was semi working. I booked for 2 nights due work related. When I returned I couldn’t get in my room. I went to the front desk twice to get a key that would unlock the door. Customer service was poor. No apologies just said let me get you an updated key

Multiple breakfast options were available and everything tasted great. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Every staff member we met—front desk, breakfast crew, and housekeeping—was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The only downside was that the room felt a bit dark; the light near the door was too dim, so a lamp on the desk under the TV would be useful for computer work or reading, especially for those with vision issues. Also, the sink stopper didn’t close fully, which is a minor inconvenience for anyone who likes a hot water shower before shaving.
