The coffee pot was never cleaned—it still held old coffee, and three used filters were stacked on top of it; the carpet was filthy, leaving my granddaughter’s feet black and my own dirty just from walking in; the A/C filter was also filthy, which my 5‑year‑old granddaughter pointed out; the bathroom had mold and mildew, the water pressure was very low, the sheets and comforter felt damp likely from room moisture, and a musty smell greeted me upon entry; I told management at checkout and she said she would block that room.

It felt like home, but the housekeeper Kevin caused a problem that I need to discuss with the manager; it happened today just before he left at 3:00.
