The breakfast was amazing—buffet and all‑you‑can‑eat style, everything spotless, and the staff were super helpful.

The admin handled check‑in well, but the bed was awful, the pillows were bad, the jacuzzi was a joke, the toilet and the ceiling‑mounted TV were terrible, breakfast cost 7,40, the thermal pool was cold, coffee was only after 8, eight waiters were missing, and the coffee machine obviously didn’t work 😁.
