Location was spot on, staff were super helpful, and my room was clean with all the right amenities.
The room was lovely and the location was superb, really central.

Before we even arrived, every question was answered within a very short time. The pre‑check‑in portal made it much easier to pay for parking. The staff were extremely friendly, especially with kids. The room was spacious. With two kids, I can only recommend this place for families. The parking spot was a bit farther and more complicated than we had imagined, but we didn't need it daily because we bought a public transport pass, so it didn't really bother us during our stay.

The location was quite convenient and the room they assigned us was bright with a view of the park. The staff were completely uninterested and the cleaning was awful. For a four‑star property, they lacked welcome kits and any drinks or snacks in the minibar. When we asked for a bottle of water, they charged us a full 3 euros.
