The elevator and the food were great, but the doors and cabinets were problematic.

“Terrible es poco”

There was very little to praise. Perhaps the front‑desk staff were attentive and usually willing to help. Starting with the towels that looked dirty, when I asked for a change they said they were old and had a gray or brown color instead of white. The worst part was that the glass shower door shattered while my wife was showering; it was terrible! After an inexplicable noise while she was showering she felt glass on her and in her proximity, she got some cuts but thank God none were deep…just thinking that it could have happened to one of my kids makes me even worse! It should be noted that the glass that broke was either because my wife tripped, hit or something like that, there was friction to close the door but she thought that was how the shower door worked. It was a tragedy, fortunately it didn’t get worse; what was also wrong is that the hotel manager told me I had to pay for the glass!! I really didn’t want to fight with my wounded wife and my kids around, I paid them what they told me ($35) in addition to the reservation made. Terrible all around, very bad experience.

“If you want to be close to everything, is good , if you want to rest, is no good.”

The room was clean, as they claimed. Too many noises inside the property, not from outside, and the restaurant staff is horrible.

The service was very good, the food was super 👌, but the internet connection was very inconsistent, I think they should change providers. Some towels were stained.
