Fantastic location, but the front desk team can’t speak English, and the translator device didn’t help them; there was no customer support at all.

Probably the best hotel on Hainan Island today, with a new designer‑style interior, a large area, an excellent kids’ club, a wonderful beach, no crowds at breakfast unlike other hotels on the island, and located closer to the best park on the island—Yanda.
